Nos levantamos y desayunamos en el hotel "Spread Eagle" Al final del desyuno, se nos acerca un señor quien es tambien motociclista aunque en este momento esta viajando en coche,nos cuenta de sus aventuras y muy gentilmente nos ofrece sus datos. Se llama Robin y efectivamente, luego del regreso a Luxemburgo, recibo un mensaje suyo. Espero que lo volveremos a encontrar, sobre todo para un paseo en moto./We get up and have breakfast at the "Spread Eagle" hotel. Towards the end of breakfast, a gentleman approaches us to inquirie about the motorcycles. He is also a biker, although prsently travelling by car. He tell us about his rides and very generously gives us his contact information. His name is Robin and indeed after my return to Luxembourg, I receive a message from him. I hope we will meet him again, especially for a motorcycle ride.
Luego de hacer varias diligencias en Dundee, vamos a cenar en el retaurante Kittywake que es nuestro favorito y esta en el pueblo de Broughty Ferry. Vale la pena el viaje y la atencion y la comida son excelentes. Despues paseamos a lo largo de la playa y volvemos a Dundee pues la Gringa esta por llegar por tren desde Edinburgo/After running a few errands in Dundee, we have dinner ate the Kittywake restaurant in Broughty Ferry. The detour is well worth it and the food and service are excellent. Afterwards we ride along the beach and promptly return to Dundee because the Gringa is about to arrive by train from Edinburgh.
El tren llega puntualmente y tomo un taxi con Elizabeth ya que la maleta no se podra transportar en moto. Ha sido un dia largo y hay que descansar pues mañana salimos de paseo hacia el norte./The train arrives punctually and Elizabeth and I take a taxi since we could not carry her suitcase on the motorcycle. It has been a long day and we must rest because tomorrow we ride to the north.
El propietario del hotel es muy amable y los motociclistas son especialmente bienvenidos. Buen lugar para hacer una parada, ademas Jedburgh es interesante/The owner of the hotel is quite nice and bikers are especially welcome. Good place for a stop. Besides, Jedburgh is an interesting town.
Salimos de Jedburgh por la A68 hasta Dalkeith, alli tomamos la A720 alreddedor de Edinburgo para ir hacia el puente de Forth. Cruzamos el Firth of Forth sin problema pero salimos de la autopista tan pronto como podemos pues la R45 no esta alli en su elemento./We leave Jedburgh and take the A68 to Dalkeith, there we take the A720 round Edinburgh towards the Forth Road Bridge. We cross the Firth of Forth without problem but leave the motorway as soon as we can because the R45 is not particularly suited for motorways.
Pasando por rutas secundarias, llegamos a Kinross, donde paramos en el hotel Kirklands para almorzar, luego continuamos por la A91 y A92 hasta el puente de Tay y finalmente hacemos entrada en Dundee./Taking secondary roads, we arrive in Kinross where we stop for lunch at The Kirklands Hotel; afterwards we continue by the A91 and A92 to the Tay Road Bridge and finally we arrive in Dundee.
